A great image captures a moment. A short video lets that moment breathe. With this update, video creation is now built right into Selira, so you can turn any image you have made into a short, looping clip in just a couple of taps.
It is the easiest way yet to add a little extra motion and personality to your favourite shots, and it lives right where you already create, so there is nothing new to learn and no separate tool to open.
From still to moving in two taps
Open any chat, tap the video icon, and your still comes to life. There are no complicated settings to wrestle with and no menus to dig through. The image you already love becomes a clip, ready to enjoy in moments.
Because video sits right next to image generation, everything you create stays in one place. You can move from a still to a clip and back without ever leaving the conversation, which keeps the whole process quick and natural.
That simplicity is the point. Turning an image into a video should feel like a small, delightful extra step, not a project, and now it does.
A little motion goes a long way
Short, looping clips have a charm that static images cannot match. A small movement adds presence and personality, and turns a single frame into something that feels alive and in the room with you.
The effect is surprisingly powerful. A look, a subtle motion, a moment that repeats: these little touches make a companion feel far more real than a still image ever could, and they are weirdly hard to stop watching.
Give it a try
Try it on an image you have already made. Tap the video icon, watch it come to life, and you will quickly see why a little motion makes such a difference to how a companion feels.
Perfect for sharing a moment
A short clip captures personality in a way a still cannot. A glance, a small movement, a moment that loops: these are the things that make a companion feel present, and they are surprisingly fun to revisit.
Because creating a video is so quick, it is easy to build up a little collection of animated moments alongside your images, each one bringing a favourite shot to life.
Once you have animated a few of your favourite shots, it is hard to go back to stills only. Video is one of those features that quietly becomes part of how you create.
