What content is allowed on Selira AI?

What content is NOT allowed?
We strictly prohibit: content involving minors, non-consensual scenarios with real people, terrorism or violence promotion, human trafficking content, and illegal activities. Messages attempting to generate such content are automatically blocked and may result in account restriction.
How does content moderation work?
All messages pass through multiple automated filters before being processed. Our system detects and blocks prohibited content in real-time. We also use AI-powered moderation to catch edge cases. This happens instantly— blocked messages never reach the AI or get stored.
What happens if my message gets blocked?
If your message violates our content policy, you'll see a notification that it was blocked. Occasional blocks don't affect your account, but repeated violations may result in warnings or account restriction. You can appeal account restrictions by contacting hello@selira.ai.
How do I report inappropriate content?
You can report any AI message by clicking the report button that appears when you hover over a message. Select a reason and submit—our team reviews reports within 24-48 hours. You can also email us directly at hello@selira.ai for urgent concerns.
Are the AI companions real people?
No. All Selira AI companions are 100% artificial intelligence. The characters, their appearances, and their personalities are entirely AI-generated. No real people are depicted, and no real people are involved in the conversations. This is an AI-only platform.
How does the image generator work?
Our AI image generator uses advanced models to create custom images based on your prompts. Simply describe what you want, select your preferences (realistic or anime style, gender, etc.), and generate images. Free users get 1 credit daily, while subscription members enjoy unlimited generation.
Is my chat history saved?
Your chat history is saved encrypted so you can continue conversations later, but only you can access it. You can delete any chat or your entire history anytime. We never access or read your conversations.
Do you use my data to train AI models?
No. We never use your private conversations to train AI models. Your chats are encrypted and private to you. We don't sell, share, or use your data for any purpose beyond providing the service to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
