Can I create custom AI companions?
Yes! Visit our Create page to design your own AI companion with custom personality, appearance, conversation style, and traits. Choose from realistic or anime styles, customize physical features, and define their unique personality.
Can I make my custom companions private?
Yes, when creating a companion on the Create page, you can toggle the "Public" setting to make your companion private. Private companions are only visible to you and won't appear in public search results.
What's the difference between subscription plans?
We offer multiple unlimited messaging plans (Light, Basic, Premium) with different features and pricing. All plans include unlimited conversations, but higher tiers offer unlimited image generation, priority support, and advanced AI models. Check our pricing page for a detailed comparison. Free users also get unlimited messaging!
Are there any message limits for free users?
No! Free users get unlimited messaging with all AI companions. The main difference with premium plans is access to unlimited image generation, advanced features, and priority support.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page under subscription settings. Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you'll revert to the free plan afterwards.
How does image generation work?
During conversations, you can request images by typing "Send me a picture [description]". Subscription users get unlimited image generation. Free users can purchase image credit packs (50, 100, or 250 credits) starting at $0.08 per image. Visit our Image Generator page for more details.
Can I generate NSFW/adult content?
Yes, Selira allows NSFW content generation for users 18+. Our NSFW Image Generator creates adult content based on your prompts. All companions can be set to "Uncensored" or "Censored" mode, and you have full control over content preferences.
What are Image Credit Packs?
Image Credit Packs are one-time purchases of image generation credits for users who don't want a subscription. Available in 50 ($6), 100 ($10), and 250 ($20) credit packs on our pricing page. Each credit generates one AI image. Credits never expire.
Is my data secure and private?
Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption and follow strict privacy protocols. Your conversations and personal data are never shared with third parties. All data is stored securely and you maintain full ownership. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, you can request account deletion from your profile page. This will permanently delete all your data including conversations, companions, and personal information within 48 hours. This action cannot be undone.
